FDL has completed the demolition of the former Marine Trading Estate in Leeds. The site was approximately 100,000m2 in size and contained several large warehouse buildings and a large office block. The whole of the concrete slab was grubbed up, crushed and left in stockpiles for use in the redevelopment of the site.
