Award of YMCA, Bolton

FDL have been awarded the demolition of the former YMCA building in the centre of Bolton for Walter Carefoot & Sons who are building a new YMCA facility on the same site.  The project involves demolition of the ground level retail units with the YMCA above and requires the building to be split vertically, with the section nearest the Crescent remaining operational throughout.
