Award on Deansgate, Bolton

FDL have been awarded the demolition of a redundant block of buildings on Deansgate on Bolton.  Former occupants of the buildings include the Blue Boar pub and Sweetens Bookshop.  The site is due to be redeveloped as part of the regeneration plans for the town centre of Bolton.
